What do you do to keep mobility and fluidity in your body? This fluidity of movement in your body allows for the freer flow of energy through your body.

When I was 15 years old, I suffered a serious sports injury in high school. I was in chronic back pain for the next 12 years. Twenty-four hours a day, 7 days a week, I felt pain. I came to a point where I couldn’t remember what it was like to not be in pain. I have done some serious healing with my body and especially my back, and that chronic back pain is now a memory. Here’s a practice to incorporate into your life that can really help in creating more space between the vertebrae in your spine, decreasing pain (if you have any), increasing mobility, and opening your energetic channels.

Kriyas

As they are exploring all this stuff, many guys start to report experiences of uncontrollable shaking or sudden jolts through their bodies. In neo-Tantric circles, these are known as “kriyas.” This is a good thing. It’s large bundles of energy that have come to a stuck point in your body. The sudden jolt is that energy bursting through the blockage. Go with it! It’s a shared experience. You could stifle it. But you’d simply be blocking in that stuck energy. Instead, let it move! Intentionally go with it. Surrender to it. Let it move you.

Screwing

The term screwing actually comes from Taoist lineage. It actually referred to a circular, screwing type motion with your pelvis while having sex. Kegels

You should be noticing some major changes in the strength of your PC muscles and your awareness of them. You are going to need some very strong PC muscles to start having the Non-Ejaculatory Orgasm experience (and Male Multiple Orgasms!). Do at least 100 rapid kegels a day, 20 slow squeezes, and 15 elevator methods. Keep at it!
