Audio #12 Meditation Practice, 10 minutes, Focus on Counting

Counting the breath is an important way to stay focused while in meditation practice. The trick
is not to get upset if you cannot relax your mind, in time you will be able to sustain longer and
longer periods of focused thought. In this practice we count the exhales for 10 minutes, coming
back to focus when our thoughts take us away.
