The Fitness Protection Program

Wow, now that I finally understand how important exercise is, I’m writing to get you off your butt.

Think of me as your mother from another planet.

PLANET SEXY BABE!

Very few people know this about me but I was ill for a few years and my health waned considerably. I figured out the issue and am recovering now, thank goodness.

But my body atrophied during my illness and I felt I was becoming prematurely old.

As I got better, I was able to walk up steps again.

Then I took little walks for 10 minutes.

Over time I was able to start an old person’s yoga class once a week.

Then I began like hiking for a few miles.

One day I was able to spring into a little jog.

Then I found out about 30 Minute Slow Strength workouts and started doing that twice weekly with a trainer.

I’ve recently graduated to a Vinyasa Flow yoga class.

And for our 21st anniversary, Tim and I treated ourselves to new mountain bikes.

I rode up Mount Tamalpais a considerable way one recent weekend!

My energy is up.

My brain power is revving.

My libido is the strongest ever.

I’m full of zest with a spring in my step.

And I just turned 53.

I feel like I’m in my thirties.

I’ve lost 25 pounds and I see my muscles hardening and developing.

I look hot in my clothes. (especially lingerie!)

And I have a higher level of personal confidence in every way than ever before.

I’m even wearing a bikini and swimming in the ocean on vacation next week.

I tell you this because it all of this came from no longer eating a lot of carbs.

My sickness was a gluten allergy and I had to give up wheat.

For a while I needed a lot of potatoes and rice to fill the void.

But now, I eat few carbs and mostly load up on organic veggies, meats, nuts and fruits.

I eat like our ancestors. No, not Paleo. Just real, good food.

Once you do this, you don’t even want much of the other stuff. (except chocolate — I always love a little chocolate)

I’m no sanctimonious saint.

If you’re depressed, have an illness, are carrying around a few or too many extra pounds, and are generally losing instead of gaining energy in your life right now, it’s great over here on the other side.

Gaining health. Becoming more fit.

Wow. These are wonderful gifts.

And it doesn’t take long. And it’s not hard.

And it’s WORTH IT to get up out of your chair and do some things to move your body.

Get out in nature.

Walk in bare feet.

Reconnect with mother earth.

And connect with your own body.

You’re on my list which tells me you are a sexually positive being.

Yay!

Love that about you.

I have been able to enjoy some athletic sex positions lately.

And my sexual stamina is at an all time high as is my orgasmic pleasure.

I’m throwing you OUT of The Fitness Protection Program.

Get off your butt and move your body.

Email me back if this helped you resolve to reverse your aging.

In Service,
Susan

    1. Hi Cathy,
I really like the 30 Minute Slow Strength Workout because it is fast (half hour) and really reshapes your body beautifully. Plus, I’ve never gotten injured doing the SLOW strength. And it recruits a lot of muscle groups instead of isolating one muscle – which makes you stronger and works faster. It’s great for people recovering from sickness or injury, those new to weight lifting and for older folks.
I go to a gym in my town that specializes in these 30 minute slow strength workouts with a trainer. I hope you can find something like this too.
      Love,
      Suz
