I think what I’ve done often is also kind of Solo Sex technique. Whenever I’m aroused, I touch both of my nipples with my finger gently until I feel they erected. I touch them in turn (left than right). I keep touch them & caress them. I feel their texture & their softness. That makes me more aroused.
