7 Complications Plus Clitoral and Penile Erection Deficiency

If your blood isn’t flowing, your clitoris and/or penis can’t get an erection. This means you feel less sensation and pleasure. And there’s more… Read on!

I talk a lot about energy. Not just sexual energy. But having enough energy for sex.

One of the most common deficiencies that is easiest to rectify to increase your overall energy is to supplement your magnesium.

Magnesium is critical for nerve transmission, muscle contraction, blood coagulation, energy production, vitamin and nutrient metabolism and bone and cell formation.

Magnesium deficiency is a widespread problem and some estimates suggest that over 90% of us are deficient.

Common causes are diet because our soil has been depleted of minerals… Drinking sodas, alcohol and caffeine…

Chronic stress… Getting too much calcium (from food additives or supplements)… And even drinking soft water.

When I was prematurely aging from an undiagnosed gluten intolerance and a failing gallbladder, the very first thing my functional doctor did was put me on magnesium.

I immediately slept better and had more energy.

Here are some of the things that magnesium can help with:

RENEW YOUR HEALTH

Magnesium helps fix these issues:

  1. Sleep Problems

Magnesium helps you relax.

  1. Low Energy

Magnesium is required to create ATP so your cells can function. Your cells are the batteries of your body.

  1. High Blood Pressure/Hypertension

A Harvard study of over 70,000 people found that those with the highest magnesium intake had the healthiest blood pressure numbers.

  1. Hormone Problems

Estrogen and progesterone affect magnesium levels. Magnesium also counteract muscle and menstrual cramps.

  1. Calcification of the Arteries

Calcification of arteries from low magnesium levels can lead to coronary problems like heart attack and heart disease. If your blood isn’t flowing, your clitoris and/or penis can’t get an erection.

  1. Anxiety & Depression

There is a lot of research showing that magnesium deficiency can have a tremendous impact on mental health. You can research, “NMDA receptor/magnesium” to learn more.

  1. Bone Health

Calcium is associated with bone density, but you need a ratio that includes magnesium. And calcium actually leeches magnesium from your system.

Magnesium helps lower the risk of heart attack, osteoporosis, arthritis and kidney stones.

By using magnesium externally, or transdermally (meaning “across the skin”) the body can absorb what is needed without absorbing to much. It is similar to soaking in an epsom salt bath or in the ocean but easier.

For one, magnesium is linked to a lot of health benefits like helping our muscles relax, assisting in the production and delivery of insulin, it’s used to stop heart attacks and saves lives in hospitals worldwide, balances our cholesterol levels, and helps fight Alzheimer’s, dementia, chronic fatigue, and depression.

A deficiency is magnesium leads to a slew of health problems that WILL affect your ability to have an amazing life, fruitful relationship, and steamy hot lovemaking.

To say Magnesium is important for our bodies is an understatement.

Yet, even if it’s available in a lot of food we regularly eat like green leafy veggies, nuts, fruits, and dark chocolate…

I found out that a lot of the other foods that we eat “bind” with magnesium making them unavailable for the body.

Foods like pastries, cakes, coffee, tea, alcohol, and even some of the medicine we take for our health practically block the magnesium we consume from being used.

Sounds frustrating, I know.

However, I found a solution to get the magnesium my body needs.

Now, what about you?

Are you getting enough magnesium in your diet?

And if you are, are you sure the other foods you’re eating aren’t destroying the magnesium?

Here’s a quick quiz you can take to see if you’re on top of your health.
