Add nuts and seeds to your diet. Raw is best. Cooked can have rancid oil in them.

To get rid of penis plaque you have to move. Circulation is key. Take a walk. Check into High Intensity Interval Training. You can Google all about it. Suffice to say, you take yourself to peak burst of energy and then recover. You repeat this. It challenges your cardiovascular system to become more efficient.

Weight bearing exercises are always good. But not everyone can get into the gym. So at least get yourself out for a walk a few times a week. Consistency will pay off.
