  1. I have notice the volume I shoot now, at age 67, is almost noting compared to what I could do in my 40s, 50s, and early 60s. As some women often said I was ‘Cuming in Quarts’. Now, I am lucky to get two drops. I thought it was just an aging thing.
    Is it or isn’t it? I do take a daily multi-vitamin but I am not into eating kale.
    So what are my options? Do I take massive doses of Vitamin-A? Do I eat kale? Or is it simply because I am getting older and don’t produce as much semen as when I was younger?
