Module 3: Relaxation and Sex

  1. Hi Jim, I wanted to ask you why you suggest to breathe in thru your mouth?
    I was told that breathing through your nose instead produces nitric oxide which helps the erection. Please let me know if you have any special reason to breathe through the mouth instead?
