Minimizing Anxiety And Panic Attacks

Keep calm and carry on.

But in today’s world, that’s easier said than done.

Anxiety is taking over from depression and antianxiety medications are taking over from antidepressants — it just may be the “condition” of the decade.

Between the 1900s to the early 2000s, anxiety disorders tripled. Today?

According to a poll by the American Psychiatric Association, 40% of Americans report being more anxious in 2018, than they were at the same time the previous year.

You can find articles and research stating that more teens, more college students, and more children are anxious and we know that women have twice the anxiety rate of men.

Now, it’s not all bad news.

In fact, things are starting to get much better. However, you have to be “in the know” to get the critical information you need to eliminate anxiety, panic attacks, and untoward stress.

If you’re anxious, fearful, have phobias or experience panic attacks, you want a solution.

If you’re stressed and overwhelmed, you want relief.

If you’re a practitioner, you want solutions for your clients and patients.

Fortunately, Trudy Scott, a woman whom I personally admire, is holding a gathering of the world’s top experts on Anxiety to discuss the most recent, and most effective solutions.

NO MORE ANXIETY AND PANIC ATTACKS

Trudy is a food mood expert, certified nutritionist, author of The Ant-anxiety Food Solution, and your host the Anxiety Summit (season 5!).

Experts now believe that most anxiety stems from food allergies, gut problems, eating too much sugar, alcohol, caffeine, and other foods we think are okay but are actually not good for our bodies.

Trudy has interviewed amazing practitioners, who will share their gut-brain solutions, such as:

  • The magic of the microbiome
  • Importance of bile quality
  • Vagus nerve activation for gut/brain health, methylation and B12 polymorphisms
  • The role of GABA and tryptophan
  • How collagen can actually increase anxiety in some individuals
  • And so much more!

At The Anxiety Summit, you’ll hear from experts on parasites, mitochondrial health, a compound called PQQ and much more.

One of the fabulous things about Trudy is that she’s a research geek, so she will always discuss the research as well as the practical aspects, like how to use a castor oil pack and how to make delicious herbal teas to improve your digestion.

It’s time to do better than simply creating awareness. You need solutions because you really do deserve to feel on top of the world every single day!
