Vitamin Interactions

Recruiting the brilliant minds of many of the world’s leading doctors, researchers, and medical practitioners to help us formulate supplements that don’t have negative vitamin interactions.

You may be thinking…

There are so many supplements available right now. Vitamins. Herbals. Nootropics.

In all forms like pills, tablets, creams, oils… you name it.

Not including the medication, you may take to keep you chugging along.

Is it safe to add more supplements? Is it worth it to replace the ones I have with Susan’s new FLOW and TRIO supplements?

What if I’m taking this and that?

Tim and I spent years researching the best formulation of nutrients using the best organic, non-GMO, sugar-free, and gluten-free sources…

And recruiting the brilliant minds of many of the world’s leading doctors, researchers, and medical practitioners to help us formulate supplements that don’t negatively interact with medication.

Not to toot my own horn, but FLOW and TRIO are kind of amazing.

One of my readers sent me an email asking me this very question.

Check out his email and my response below.

“Hello, Susan.

Is FLOW safe? I take some medicine for depression and sleep at night. And I take another one for retaining water. So would it be safe to take FLOW I also have low testosterone? Thanks for your advice!”

NO NEGATIVE VITAMIN INTERACTIONS

Hi Jonas,

If you are retaining water, you have what is called, edema. This is where your small capillaries no longer move your blood through your body well enough to support proper circulation. Hence, you have water retention. FLOW is very helpful in solving that issue.

For low testosterone, FLOW will help because part of what makes hormones in your body is proper blood flow to your brain where your “management system” lives. But it won’t raise your testosterone levels perceptibly. Instead, it will help your body regulate what you can produce.

You would do well to take a vitamin-mineral daily with FLOW. We offer three of them, each with a different libido botanical. For testosterone, I suggest you take Drive. It has Tongkat Ali, which is most often the libido botanical associated with improving testosterone. The boron and Vitamin D in the vitamin complex will also help you produce your hormones, including testosterone, more efficiently.

Let me know how you do after 90 days of consistent use.
