As women enter menopause, bone density is one of those things that we know we should care about.

None want osteoporosis or low bone density, but it’s much worse.

Low bone density makes you more likely to fall and break a bone. And when it’s all happening as you’re going through menopause, it all becomes an unwanted, unwelcome risk factor that we can easily avoid… if we know how.
