Have you heard of “inflammaging?” 

This chronic low-grade inflammation, which occurs in our bodies as we age, is the driver of chronic diseases we try to fight against. Inflammaging is a common cause of many age-related diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. 

It combines the words “inflammation” and “aging.” 

Inflammation is a natural immune response to injury or infection in the body. Still, as we age, this response can become dysregulated and persist at low levels, even without injury or infection.

I’m reading “Weo Water Has Multiple Benefits That Combat Inflammaging” by Dr. Kelly Halderman.

I can’t say yet if I think this has merit. I am also trying a water-based healing device called the Nano Vi. And I recently ordered a product called the Annalemma water wand. We are made mostly of water (and bacteria and light). And our water supplies have gotten jacked up in our lifetime. So it just makes sense to scrutinize this aspect of longevity.

WATER IS LIFE

Allow me to me explain further.

Inflammaging occurs when our immune system becomes dysregulated and persists at low levels, even without injury or infection.
