Red light therapy vs PEMF therapy?

I often get asked about the differences between red-light therapy and PEMF, and I understand why.

Given the similarities—both harness the power of infrared, and it’s easy to assume they offer the same benefits. The truth is, they’re not completely the same thing.

Right now, two of my favorite products are the Infrared Sauna Blanket and the PEMF Mat from this company I adore, HigherDose. Both uniquely leverage the ultra-therapeutic combo of Infrared Heat, Crystal Therapy, and Negative Ion Therapy.

Let’s compare them head to head.

The Infrared Sauna Blanket is designed to detoxify, energize, and invigorate your body. It’s perfect for anyone dealing with high inflammation, tight muscles, poor circulation, or slow digestion, offering a high-powered, total-body sweat session that requires setup and cleanup.

A sauna blanket session can help with muscle soreness, improve digestion, detox the body, and give your skin an extra juicy glow.

On the other hand, the Infrared PEMF Mat, which uses Pulsed Electromagnetic Field technology, is all about grounding and relaxation. It’s designed for stress relief, improved sleep, and enhanced immune system support with no setup or cleanup required.

This mat is particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, poor circulation, and autoimmune conditions.

The difference is that the Sauna Blanket is like a high-intensity workout, while the Infrared Mat is closer to a meditative, nature-inspired reset.

But here’s the best news.

You don’t have to choose between them. These two wellness tools are complementary, each providing unique benefits to your overall well-being.

Take the Sauna Blanket for those days when you need an intensive detox, and turn to the Infrared PEMF Mat for a calming reset.

I use BOTH. And I love them. I can’t get enough of them.

And I can’t recommend them enough.
