Last night I was so excited about my friend Jeff Hays, “Year of Transformation,” I woke up TWICE dreaming about going through it with you.

This is my actual Oura ring results from last night. You can see the awake times when I was lucid dreaming about participating.

I thought my days of “personal growth” were over at 63.

Turns out, I’m at my most powerful, wise and confident, and eager to be more accomplished.

I eschew most “Self Help” now. But when I watched Jeff’s video and saw the lineup of incredible thinkers that Jeff spent a million dollars filming, it really appealed to me.
