How to Prepare for First Time Sex: Expert Advice and Mailbag Questions

Some may think my followers are all about sexuality and transgression.

However, I also have a lot of readers and fans who aren’t currently in relationships. And some haven’t even had sex at all.

Just like Doreen, who writes to us today…

She’s asking for advice on preparing herself for her first time, and she’s in her 60s.

So it’s a BIG moment for her.

Check out her email and my response below.

DOUBLE YOUR PLEASURE

“Hello, Susan.

I am a 60-year-old female who has never had sexual intercourse. I’ve never married, and I do not have children. I have been post-menopausal for about  4 1/2 years.

The last couple of times I saw my GYN for routine Pap & Pelvic exams, the process was quite uncomfortable because I’m “so dry.” (The words within the quotation marks were the GYN’s words.) He gave me a script for hormones (estrogen). Still, I never pursued it secondary to the medication’s synthetics. Two summers ago, I sought bioidentical hormones that a compounding pharmacist compounded. That did not last longer than a couple of months, secondary to spotting (bleeding) and unusual fatigue. Those symptoms subsided as soon as I discontinued the hormones.

Not long after I discontinued the hormones mentioned above, I learned about VFit via one of your emails. I have yet to pursue it.

Something tells me I will finally have intercourse for the first time later this year. I’m wondering what the best way to prepare myself is. I know the very first step will be to dilate myself via vaginal dilators. Will VFit be the next step? Will it be enough to heal my dry and thin vaginal walls for painless penetration? Or, would the best preparation method be to pursue an O-Shot followed by the VFit?

Considering the above information, from the knowledge you’ve gained from others (including medical professionals) and your personal experience with the O-Shot and the VFit, what would be the best avenues to prepare me for painless intercourse?

Thank you in advance for your time and expertise, Susan!”

=====================

Hi, Doreen.

I’m glad you have the possibility of having your first lovemaking experience. So exciting!

Please watch my video on How To Lose Your Virginity.

If it were me, I’d do a squirt of these two mixed together as the “lube” for inserting my VFit.

This combination of two estrogens, “bi-est” and the DHEA, will help plump the vaginal mucosal lining, so it’s not as thin and delicate.

Put some on your finger and apply it inside your vagina before slowly working the VFit inside. Rub it on the VFit head and use the VFit to apply it inside your vagina.

Even if you’re very dry and tight, if you relax, open yourself, and breathe deeply into your vagina with a loving breath, you should be able to get the VFit to slide in slowly. Use the above creams liberally, so it’s slippery and easy.

The VFit warmth will help the creams absorb and do their job. The vibration will bring blood flow to the tissue for healing and strengthening. And the red light will stimulate new vagina skin growth, so your walls are thicker. The VFit with the creams is symbiotic.

(Use the gift to purchase a vaginal moisturizer at night before bed. It’s ok to combine this with the creams.)

Besides, take our FLOW supplement to get blood flow back into your vaginal area. At 60, you will be low on Nitric Oxide, which is needed for blood to flow to the vaginal tissue. Take two capsules each night and if you want to top up faster, take two pills a half hour before using your VFit.

The VFit, cream, and FLOW will improve lubrication and thicken the delicate tissue.

I also suggest you get a vibrator. The best one for you at this time is Miss Bi. It’s small and will help you have clitoral and vaginal orgasms. You want to give yourself orgasms every day, if possible. The more orgasms you have before you are intimate with a man, the easier it will be for you to have fun and feel confident and relaxed.

Miss Bi will also help you get used to being penetrated.

Within two months, you should have more elasticity in your vagina. Take it slow and enjoy your blossoming!

I wouldn’t spend the money right now on the O Shot. It won’t fix your thinning tissue.

Let me know how you do.

For US customers, you can now get Vfit Gold. It’s the same excellent, innovative wellness DIY Vaginal Rejuvenation device that harnesses the power of red light, gentle heat, and sonic technology to improve strength, sensation, and natural lubrication.

However, it now comes with the Joylux Gold app that makes your health journey much easier. Via the app, you can control your Vfit, track your sessions, schedule future sessions, get notified to stay on schedule, and read super helpful content from Joylux.
