MH from Toronto asked an excellent question today and I thought I’d share the response with everyone.
“How often should I give my women a liquid O and how many times per session. So every session or every other? And for each session 5 or 10 times? What has been your experience for level of enjoyment.” — MH, Toronto
MH, there is no perfect answer, of course, because every woman is unique. The short answer is, “ask her.” And here are some general rule of thumb concepts to help you navigate. 1) Any woman has the physical ability to ejaculate multiple times in a lovemaking session if she’s healthy, interested in doing so and takes into account normal hormonal fluctuations. (results may vary) 2) Ejaculation tends to improve/evolve over time. She can squirt more fluid and have more ejaculatory orgasms the more she ejaculates. It continues to feel better and better too. (practice makes perfect)
When I first started to push out and try to ejaculate, I could only feel a little extra moistness myself (hubby couldn’t tell at first) and I wouldn’t get wet every time. Most importantly, I would only try to ejaculate once I was very engorged and had had many clitoral orgasms from our Expanded Orgasm practice.
Soon I could consistently feel a little wetness myself each time we had a “DO date.”* Then during a DO Date, after 20-30 minutes: …both hubby and I would see a little spring of fluid come out of me and there was a noticeable wet spot on the towel. …in subsequent sessions, the spring would well up multiple times with continued stroking between short breaks. Thanks for posting, Stephanie. But I do not agree. Perhaps there are “extreme cases,” similar to hermaphrodites being born with both male and female genitals, where a woman may not have all the anatomy to affect an ejaculatory orgasm. But those are extremely rare cases.

I have to disagree with this statement due to the fact that woman can achieve orgasm even during an unwanted sex act. Often times here is a huge sense of guilt at the fact that their bodies “just responded” even though that was the farthest thing from their minds at the time.
A woman needs to be aroused to enjoy ejaculation but it doesn’t always start there, also, not all woman are capable of having more than one type of orgasm. I for some reason can orgasm/squirt in many many ways, sometimes with no physical stimulation whatsoever, while pleasing my partner or during a dream.
