Module 1: The 6 Core Principles

Module 1 is all about getting you prepared for the journey you’re about to embark on. You’ll get a brief glimpse into what the rest of the program is about, then we’ll jump straight in.

In this module, you’ll learn:

  • How doing these practices will impact every aspect of your life. (Note: It’s not just in the bedroom!)
  • The little known path to separating ejaculation from orgasm.

  1. Hey everyone I originally joined years ago and went almost half way through the whole program then eventually stopped altogether. I never wanted to stop it was just hard not really seeing much results and I was impatient. I never forgot about the program and finally started it again from the very beginning in either July or August. Since I’ve started I’ve been taking my time not rushing through the modules but spending weeks on each module. I’ve went back a couple times to refresh on other modules to get the most out of it. I am now in module 6 and have been there awhile now and having a hard to feeling energy move up to the heart.. Gonna continue onto the next modules and probably come back to module 6 in at the end. I wish I would of known I can comment here when I started in July/Aug to tell everyone I am on this journey etc. I wonder if there is anyone current on here or still gets on.

  3. I just became a member yesterday and after going through the first module I now realized how much masturbating is required for this program to work. Because of my Catholic faith I must ask for a refund. I hope you understand my position on this.

  4. I’ve just practiced my first session of “self massage”. The sensations have been something totally unexpected. When I started robbing my inner thighs I felt like shivers in my lower back and little pulsations. But the most intense sensation I had when I massaged my pubis bone. Very intense sensations located… well it is difficult to say. I guess they were inside my body (not in the genitals) maybe in my back, abdomen and perineum. I can almost feel them even right now, just by thinking. I have been totally relaxed for the entire session. Now I feel so very good and happy… and a bit confused.
    As for my perineum, I guess it is soft already. I don’t see reasons why it should not be.

  5. I’ve been through this video twice. I think I am well versed in it’s principles of self pleasure and awareness but I have been practicing it’s ideas for a week to reinforce. I seem to have missed something though; I’m still looking for the other 5 videos that should be in this section.
    It DOES say, “The 6 Core Principles.” With that title, they should all be here. I get only one in this, self massage and how to do it…….
    the rest of the series doesn’t continue on this basis so I expected the ^ core Principles to be HERE. Am I crazy or is this just a confusing formatting of the titles?

    1. Rick – I was confused by this too. I assume you figured it out, but since there is no response to your question, I figured I would post this in case it helps another. I believe there is only one video. However, there is also a Module 1 Audio file that is about 72 minutes long. This is where the 6 Principals are covered. It’s easy to miss the link – I assumed (incorrectly) initially that the audio link was the just the audio version of the video download but that is incorrect – they are separate files.

  6. I notice that my pelvic floor feels pretty soft when I am relaxed and un-aroused. However, this morning I woke up with a hard-on and the area of the pc muscle felt — firm, engorged. I don’t know my anatomy that well, is there erectile tissue in the perineum? I think I need a picture of this.

    Started the program since yesterday, beginning with reading the manual straight through. Considering that I’ve been doing Chi Kung due to martial arts and self massage/stretching for flexibility for martial arts for a while, and training my PC muscles in various ways hoping to increase cock strength and size for literally YEARS, I feel safe moving on to Module 2. Trying to separate Home-fun from masturbation—-and even cut ejaculation entirely— for the duration of the program.
