ARE PENIS PUMPS SAFE?
By the book, it says if I pump right for 10 min, take it off, massage it for 2 to 3 min, and pump again for 10 min, is that right?
For the first 8 weeks, you pump for 10 minutes, rest and massage, then 10 minutes with the second cylinder. Each week you take the vacuum pressure up a bit. For the final four weeks or for ongoing penis enlargement, you pump for 15 minutes, rest and massage and then 15 minutes with the second cylinder.
