Vaginal Pain During Sex

vaginal pain during sex

The atrophy of her overly-tight vagina was the cause of vaginal pain during sex. Then she fixed it by doing this…

“My VFit is working! The pain is almost gone…”

THE VFIT

Well… I’m happy to report that my friend Jennifer is seeing significant changes since she started her do-it-yourself vaginal rejuvenation program.

I’m going to give you the play-by-play because I know your vaginal health is super important to you, so here goes:

It all started a few months ago when Jennifer asked about alternatives to expensive in-office vaginal rejuvenation treatments.

First, I told her about this marvelous new product from JoyLux. You can check it out here:

Jennifer ordered her VFit that very day, but she didn’t have to wait until it arrived in the mail to feel the first significant benefit. Knowing help was on the way, she immediately lost her fear of being “put out to pasture.” (That’s the power of committing to self-care.)

A lot of women have this “put out to pasture” fear after menopause. The changes in a woman’s vaginal tissue and loss of wetness can be downright scary! Especially when intercourse becomes painful.

When her VFit arrived, Jennifer was surprised how beautiful it was; the sleek, curved design was far more feminine than a sex toy.

I explained how important it was to get to know her VFit by starting slow so she wouldn’t associate her “new friend” with pain. Here’s the 3-step plan I gave her:

  1. For the first three days, massage your vaginal opening morning and night.
  2. Take one capsule of FLOW, my nitric oxide supplement, in the morning and at night. FLOW will make massaging your vulva even more beneficial and increase vaginal lubrication.
  3. After a few days, introduce the VFit just as much as it is comfortable. Slowly expand the tissue. You will tend to tighten up. Breathe deeply into your yoni. You want her to open like you’re pushing out a baby. Do this in the morning and at night.

Jennifer followed these instructions to the letter. Within ten days, she started to see results. Initially, her vagina was so closed up, she could barely get her VFit inside. I explained that this was due to a loss of elasticity in the inner labia and at the base of the vagina near the perineum.

“Be patient,” I said. “The key is to go slow. You need to coax her to open.”

Jennifer did exactly that and started to see results.

“You were right about the breathing,” she said. “That’s the most important part. I haven’t breathed that deeply since I gave birth.”

As Jennifer and I talked further, she shared what had happened throughout her entire body when she breathed into her vagina.

“Breathing that deep into my pelvis made every muscle in my body relax. It was amazing! And my turn-on was more intense than ever. I didn’t realize that all the tension I carry in my muscles messes with arousal.”

I was thrilled to hear this. It affirms my commitment to be a lifelong learner and always stays open to discovery. This is especially valuable when it comes to our sexuality. Things change as we age. Sex is different after sixty. Approach it with an attitude of curiosity, and staying sexy as you age becomes an adventure.

FLOW

And remember to add FLOW to your routine. I designed this product to replenish Nitric Oxide in your body. It relaxes and dilates your blood vessels so blood can circulate more efficiently, bringing oxygen and nutrients to your body, including your genitals. You can order it here.

It’s so important to stay healthy and vital as we age. Devote yourself to it and keep your mind and heart open, and you can have a rich, intimate life no matter your age.

I continually research the latest innovations for sexual longevity and health. That’s why my husband Tim and I launched our supplement company, The 20. We saw the need for products designed specifically to keep you sexually satisfied and happy into your 60s, 70s, and beyond. Take a look at all our products. In addition to FLOW, we have a supplement for DESIRE, and another for DRIVE. Check them all out at The 20 store.

Loss of blood flow is a major reason some men have difficulty getting a solid erection. That’s one of the reasons I created FLOW. Increased blood flow can firm up his hard-on as well as her clitoral erection. So order two bottles: one for her and one for him!

One Response

  1. I felt curious to ask, is the VFit for any age?
I’m 33 and now want to learn more about my yoni & allowing her to gush with her natural beauty. I haven’t slept around much not from not wanting to. Rather trying to find a compatible partner sexually. The last 4 men all had ED issues. Though 3 denied. So I felt unable to support & grow together as one.
With that I looked inward to wonder why I’m attracting sexual disfunction with partners lately to maybe see I haven’t fully healed my yoni from sexual abuse from my young childhood. I’m thinking the VFit would be a wonderful option. I would love to hear your opinion from experience & expertise.

    Thank you,
    You’re so appreciated!
